A Little About Us…
We're Nick & Erin Diodato,
We moved from New York City to Miami Beach in January 2021.
Almost six years later and we're still here, we're married now, with our
first child on the way…
& we're trying something a touch unconventional to find our home.
Why Are We Doing This?
Sadly, many of the original homes in Miami Beach get torn
down. We're looking for a space that has character and we're not afraid of
a renovation project. We recognize selling your home can be daunting.
& we think the right seller might want to know their home will be in
good hands.
What Does That Look Like?
We've driven up and down every street in Miami Beach, making note of the homes with character, charm, lush greenery, structural uniqueness, or even ones that need love. In this process we've narrowed our list to 220 homes from the 5500 that exist in Miami Beach. We've written letters to those home owners and hopefully the next chapter of this journey starts here, for both of us.
Our Process
We realize the process of selling your home can be overwhelming. Let us make you an offer.
We've got a few simple steps:
- 1 First, fill out the form HERE, from there we'll schedule a time for a walkthrough with our realtor. No need to tidy up! We're good at seeing the vision and we'll tread lightly, it will take 15–20 minutes.
- 2 Next, our realtor will submit an offer while you're taking the time to consider your options. We realize this process might take you some time & that's okay with us.
- 3 If we reach an accepted offer we're open to delayed closing terms but keep in mind we'd like to close by February 1, 2027, at the latest.

“Is Miami America? Is it a state? Is it the South? … I love Miami for the same reason I love the places I love most around the world… it’s the mix here, this big, messy, dysfunctional hell broth of people from all over the world that make it so awesome and make it a place I want to keep coming back to.”
